With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, my journey into functional fitness began during a NOLS Outdoor Education Semester. This experience not only fueled my passion for fitness but also shaped my commitment to continuous growth and personal development.

To become better as an athlete and a coach, I knew I had to start with an individualized approach. My fitness journey continued, driven by a desire to not just excel but to thrive in the great outdoors. Understanding the unique challenges faced by outdoor athletes, my mission is to help you meet these challenges, whether it's pushing your limits, building resilience, or embracing new adventures.

In my free time, I like to backcountry snowboard, mountain bike, and hike. I’ve been a resident of the Teton Valley for over 6 years.

As a trainer with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about helping people regain their strength, vitality, and confidence through personalized fitness coaching. My background includes coaching youth and high school soccer, working with individuals recovering from injuries, and training world-class competitive athletes. This diverse experience allows me to tailor programs that meet the unique needs of each client, whether they're just starting their fitness journey or looking to push their performance to the next level.

My approach focuses on increasing your body awareness and identifying whether your limitations stem from a lack of training and tissue tolerance or if they’re due to movement inefficiencies. By understanding this distinction, I create tailored solutions that improve movement quality and efficiency, setting you up for long-term success.

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has an impressive background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, including time at Colorado State University. Over her career, Lisa has worked as a personal trainer at several fitness facilities, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.

Her coaching approach emphasizes form and function, with a strong focus on injury prevention. Lisa’s goal is to help clients stay active and resilient so they can continue doing the activities they love.

When asked about her favorite part of coaching, Lisa shared, “I love seeing clients’ commitment and willingness to invest in themselves to become stronger, more resilient individuals.”
